Villian Stats (VPIP/PFR/AF): 28/22/1

Villian folds to 3b 15% (2/13)
Have seen him call 3b in position with a wide range, Ax, Kx & mid pocket pairs.
In a previous hand he had 4b A3s sb v my bb and called a 5 bet shove when I had KK.
Fold to cb - 21% (4/19)
Fold to turn cb - 25% (2/8)

I think I can get value from any high card diamond on flop & turn.
Is the turn a x/call maybe x/fold?

I was unsure on the river so bet small to fold out (or get value from) missed flush draws or mid pocket pairs intending to fold to any raise.

I think this is probably a high varience line at these stakes but thought it was an interesting hand and would like to get some feedback.

Another question, does this small river bet leave me open to bluff raises? I know not many villians will play this way at 10nl but worth thinking about.

i just dont see the point in the river bet... we fold missed draws etc and offer a donation to anything else

the only reason i bet like 35% or something is i put the villain on pocket 7s 8s or a 6

with that board i just cant see this being a good spot for thin value

I understand your comment but if Hero checks here we are in theory giving up on the pot & Villian is betting a lot of his range here which I don't think we can call.

Would be good to hear some other peoples views?

So you're betting the river because you're afraid of being bluffed off your hand? Your opponent really can't, and shouldn't be bluffing on the river at this point though agreed? If they were apt to actually bluff, wouldn't they be doing it on the flop or turn? So calling and then waiting until they price you in on the river would be extremely horrible poker. But at 10nl, I'm sure there's some guys who will be doing this, but I'd lean towards assuming they had half a clue. You should be c/fing the river and not sure how much I like the turn bet.
