only 5 hands on villain but he's been playing 100/0 so he's definitely a passive fish. Is river a b/f even though I'm getting 14% pot odds?

Don't call his min-raise on the river, 14% pot odds isn't even good enough here. Other than that it's fine, however I would bet more on the turn.

first we dont know hes a passive fish after 5 hands at 100/0.

second if he is a passive fish then why did you call his min river raise? Thats the ultimate sign of strength by a passive fish.
