Semi-bluffing the flop is alright. Once villain calls, he's pretty much got over pairs and big draws in his range, leaning more towards over pairs since he didn't 3-bet the flop. I'd definitely check the turn.
You need to keep in mind that check/raising this flop goes completely against your preflop plan for the hand. You called preflop, because you thought your opponent had a strong range, and you were going to set-mine against him. Now, postflop, you've decided to bluff against that strong range. Given your draw, it might be a decent bluff, but don't go crazy bluffing flops like this when your intention was to call for implied odds
