Villain is a 26/12/48% and has a 81% fold to 3bet, 1200+ hands.

I fully expect blinds to fold.

On the turn we now have a good draw with the NFD + oesd and villain has shown weakness by checking twice. I think villain's range is weak and will fold most pairs and bigger Ax hands. I this a shove or just check it back?

Bet more on the flop; surely you'd bet bigger with overpairs? As played bet any amount that will price you in to call if villain check-raises.

With 81% fold to 3bet but called here and called the flop bet he clearly has at medium pair but being there is a flush/straight draw here I'd bet the turn. With those %s the villain is a tight player and wouldn't be bluff'n and I think the check is a set up.

Well if I had a big pair in this spot, like QQ-AA I would probs just bet half pot cause we can still get stacks in by the river. I dont think their range hits this flop so I would want calls. I know we dont need to balance at 10nl much but at Merge where I play there is such a small player pool Im basically always playing the same guys. Im sure at least a couple of the 22/18 regs are taking some notes.

Ya, thats pretty much what these type of players seem to call 3 bets with and maybe add 99 in there too.
