Does the villian make this bluff/bet with a set/straight enough times for me to call or does he only do this with the nut flush?

Fold pre-flop. Why are you calling pre?

Std. fold on river w/ no info.

Bet the river though. No reason to think he'll bet the river once he checks the turn.

fold pre. John A has good advice here. Bet river and fold to a raise.

xr flop and u must u must bet that turn because we have a baby flush... if another club comes out we are toast and we want to make money from the Ac Kc etc or anything that calls.

by checking turn you allowed the club on river come out and thats even worse than the call pre. the whole reason your playing this hand and u did the opposite here.

fold pre because your unable to play this profitable.

I would call river, because we have two pieces of information: a) his stack size is huge b) his bet sizing is funny.

Because most big stacks are funny players, and almost all out of ordinary bet sizes are made by funny players, the likelihood he is funny is quite large.
