1) Make your flop raise a bit bigger so you can shove the turn.
2) You can squeeze here preflop if the conditions are right (like if you're comfortable 5-bet shoving 99 over CO's 4-bet). But if BTN or SB is a fish, then you should probably lean towards just calling.

Pretty well played hand though. Small complaints.

You played the hand fine. On the turn we just have a little over a pot size bet left and we cannot fold three of a kind. :p
