Raise pre to get the utg raiser to better define his hand (will also help in future hands), the blinds to fold and get it heads up. After that, basically there's no wrong way to play the nuts in LHE, but I probably wouldn't have raised the turn... raise the flop when the bet is much smaller to call. He can't really call you with much when you bet/raise the turn, unless the pot's getting large enough for him to make some marginal pot odds
Of course, after you raise pre, you're looking more at a check/call from the villain, which is good because you could still have anything and your turn bet will still get called a lot, or you could check and hope for a thin value bet or a bluff from him on the river (though i'm probably just bet, bet, betting).
I always thought it was best to play NL 6-max and LHE full ring... but maybe some others with more ring game grinding experience can answer that a little better without hijacking the thread too much.
