I get rid of AQ here pretty quick. With the SB to act after you, and the raise + 4-bet, I don't think we're going to be happy about the results of this very often.

I don't know. $1.70 isn't a lot to begin with, and without a hand history I give short stacks less credit.

$1.35 to win the $2.30 in the pot?

I'd fold the first time. If he kept making plays like that I'd call him.

In fact, a similar hand happened to me earlier tonight. I folded my A/Qs to an all-in re-raise. I saw that he was making that move too often, and called him later with A/T, breaking him when his J/6s failed to hit anything.

I agree with the fold. AQos in a 3-way pot isn't particularly strong.

Don't think I would have even made the re-raise considering mp3's bet was already 4xBB. Your re-raise was almost 3xpot, a big raise for near bottom of 'premium' hands.

I don't play the penny tables very often, but a lot of these players aren't really playing penny-ante poker. Never happy with a 20-30cent pot. A lot of big raise and all-in pushes, hoping to get lucky, and some do.

IMO, in many cases what's on the table is 100% of their BR - winnings from a FR. That means that betting at the table will resemble a FR.

WTG on the fold. BTW - who won the hand? 10-10 or the AK ??

Nevadanick :
You said you would not have made a re-raise.. what could you have done ?
Fold ? call ?

At this limit, people limp with any 2 card. ( i saw people limping with 2-7o and going to the showdown, because they had a 27x flop)

If you call you do not know what kind of hand he has.. he could have a any pair, any Ax, it will be hard at the flop to make a decision, or there is more chance of mistake.

Folding ? i think folding here, is missing an occasion... people raise sometimes with nothing.. at least, with the re-raise, you know they have something.

What I just said, is what I thought when I played this hand.. It may not be correct, nor a good thought process :)

there is the end of the end :

1 players fold. (hero)
SB calls [$1.35]

No, it was a good fold. You were dominated and in the long run when you go all-in with AQ vs. AK and TT you're not going to win even close to enough to justify making that call.

If you put one opponent as having a pocket pair and the other as having high suited cards which would be reasonable given the action, your AQ will loose about 3 outta 4 times you play this.
