I think you may have been a little aggressive pre flop...when he raised you on the turn ..that was a sign he was strong..just my opinion...tough to lay it down too...better luck nest time..peace

There's nowhere to fold this hand. What did you think his minraise on flop was, QK? No draws, paired board, good raise preflop so with top/top no real scare cards can come. She made it very hard to get away by flatcalling aces. I might reraise on flop or slowdown. He could be raising to test your hand/see free card with lower pair. Slowing down would give her a chance to draw out but if you think he has K or better you could check/call her value bets (still get paid off if ahead/lose less if behind). You're going to double him up everytime with the amount of chips she has left.

Why are we betting the turn? This is a pretty simple WA/WB scenario, and there's no reason to bet the turn.

Not much you can do, I guess. It's really just a cooler.

If this was at higher stakes than 2NL, I'd have issues with your line as it brings you to play for your stack with TPTK, but at 2NL that's fine.

At higher stakes, after villain raises you on the flop, you have to be somewhat worried he has a 5, as calling your raise with small connectors would be a reasonable implied odds play. And if you're worried of the 5, then you could check-call turn and river which might end up a little cheaper.

Man, I must play at some tight 2$ NL tables, since not stacking with TPTK was the first leak I had to fix in my game....

I think Ultimate Bet's 2$ NL tables are pretty tight compared to Stars at least. Sure there are your mo-tards who will get all in with nothing, but there's a lot of regs who are rocks as well.

It's hard to say that was a bad play at these stakes...a lot of people could call you down with top pair/weak kicker.
