Your mistake in this hand is betting weakly on the flop again. There is 82 cents in the pot, and you only have 1.41 left. You can play this two ways.

1) You can bet ~50% of the pot, and leave yourself enough to get out of the hand. However, this is bad. By betting this small, you're giving all sorts of odds to draw, especially if more than one player calls.

2) You can shove all your $1.41 remaining into the pot. This pot is multi-way, and someone likely has a jack, or something they're willing to call with. Go ahead and get your money in now.

It was a bit of a cooler really. You had an over pair and he was drawing. Generally at low limits just bet bet bet when you have a hand because it's so cheap to chase draws. And there are lots of crazy people out there in low limits so don't worry too much if you get a few bad beats :)

^^^^ this is what I would do here as played. The other thing I think you should have done is topped off your stack. You're starting the hand with only $1.57. It's tough to play this hand any other way without more money in front of you.

Definitely have to reload. With that short of a stack, you're not getting away from this hand. Instead of shoving and scaring everyone away on the flop, I'd probably bet like $0.65 or $0.70 and shove the turn regardless. All-in-all you got unlucky, he played the hand worse than you did IMO.
