Interesting that the bank officer thought online poker is illegal, which of course it is not unless you live in what, 1 or 2 states?
Seriously, though, join PPA and pressure your legislators to repeal UIGEA. It's a travesty this guy might go to jail for doing something that harms no one.

And go to jail he may....i don't understand our country sometimes.What in the world do these politicians have against online gaming?They allow private casino's all over htis counrty so gaming is not just limited to vegas or atlantic city.Whats so special about online gaming?....is it that it's harder to regulate?

I'm with you there. It's too bad the people involved in creating the banking crisis will never see jail. Also it's been 1.5 years and still no regulations. Gee, I wonder which banking regulations we need more, those or the UIGEA.
