Get very nervous when I lose to bad beat, and get anxious in FT's when lot of money is envolved.

Only when I first started. As confidence went up nerves went down. Gaining confidence in making the right moves even know you lose to bs odds makes frustration not nerves for me.

Yes, when it comes to the final table. Or a long time can not win. Then lost the style of play and that's bad. Mind I understand that you need to calm down and control your feelings , but not always obtained.

There are occasions where the nerves want to dominate depending on the decisions that have to take or situation in which I find on the table.
I try to focus on my game and not let my emotions affect my decisions, if not try to make the right decision.

I don't get very nervous until the final table is in reach. Then you just have to get rid of nerves and play on.

I'm very nervous when I got the bad beat from loosest fishes! Just in this case. And sometimes after my mistake.

This is partly why I started playing freerolls, you get nervous at the thought of missing out on cash, but not as nervous because you dont lose a buy-in, you only lose time.

The rare times I do play cash games, I still get nervous. I try to pretend like I'm playing a freeroll which sometimes helps (especially if you got a bunch of freerolls open that you're playing at the same time).

Nervous ultra-cautious play might help you beat the bubble and get a dollar or two, but it usually wont get you to the final table.

I get nervous/angry/fed up when I'm on that one hand that defines my whole tournament, when I'm ahead of villain preflop/postflop, and I end up losing anyway. Or when I take a flip coin and cards won't help me ever.

I just have more control over it, but frequently doesn't work. There's only one way: be absent at the table minimum 5 minutes.

the first month I'm so nervous make me swept all of me. After a couple of month with more confident of my game all go right now. I win more and loose the minimum in a hand.

if you play within your bank roll properly, i would say it is much easier to keep composure. only put as much as you are willing to lose into the tournament/on to the table. if you do that, I think you will find it much easier to just relax and play like you should (not scared or nervous). anyone is going to get a little nervous on a coin flip hand, but if you feel yourself getting angry just ask did I get my money in correctly. that usually makes me feel better. you can't help that variance is part of the game.
