How much to lose your bankroll affects your game? I usually affirm that bankroll psychological is when we have a limit to lose without for that we have to stop playing because we zeroed.
when do not have a good control of their money or what is worse, can not recover without putting more money into play?
Losing our money will always affect our deepest psychological, because everything that is about money the human being feels much more his loss!
Diversify your game, with smaller values when you feel that the psychological of your bankroll is being affected, go to the micro-games, if it does not work stop a day, do not let a bad day end your week, nothing like a day after Other, not everything is lost, know that there is always a light at the end of the tunnel, do not let this light become a train.

I can safely lose 30% of the bankroll. If more - then already nervous

Lol, And there are those days that it seems that everything conspires to take you down, there are people who are trying to recover what they lost, there they make one more grotesque mistake, they raise the limit of bets without having a bank for that, half surreal thing.
this is a consequence of your goal, and the ghosts begin to appear, then you begin to find that all your game, is over.

I agree with you, when a lot of chips and after you risk by putting a certain amount in the Bank will not lose much of his fortune to play easier and when chip is not enough then you start to get nervous and cautious which leads in most cases to the loss

When I travel to a casino, I usually take about $400 US for two days of poker (1 day while my wife is at the spa and 1 day when she goes shopping). If I lose it all, it is usually less than our shopping bill. Obviously, I want to win as much as the next player, but if I can sit and play for 5 hours and lose $200, it is the same as going to dinner and a show in Las Vegas....entertainment value.

If you are not ready to go bankrupt, you are not ready to play proper hardcore bluff-infested high stakes poker. Do not step into a room with gods and expect to play it safe.

I think you are correct. I once saw a friend make 17k from 5$ then bluff it all off trying to get his 50$ blind back. he had to go to therapy after that. If you have self control you should be good to go in poker, just take the beats and keep rolling.

Damn... He probably knew he wasn't mentally stable enough to play at such high stakes. Even if it's your first time, you know whether you're a tilter, no?
Hopefully he learns to deal with bad beats before getting at it again!
