Good afternoon !

I sought the answer to this question, but really could not find.

Consider the following situation:

Blinds: 10/20

Preflop: UTG raise 40 - UTG + 1 3bet 80 - UTG re-raise 160.

You can UTG + 1 to a new raise of 320? If possible, the UTG could give a raise again? Which raises the limit?

I do not know if I was clear, but the question is basically about how improvements may be made in the same betting round ...

Already, grateful for the attention of those who can help.

It works like this ( I'm sorry for my english ): You can make as many raises as you want, provided that the raise is at least equal to the previous bet. EX:

UTG raise 50 - Utg+1 need to raise at least 80 (50-20 of the blinds)

UTG raise 100 - Utg+1 3bet 250 - UTG+1 need to 4bet at least to 400 (250-100)

OK? :)

all no limit and pot limit games have unlimited raises

the rule is like this - any raise must be equal to or greater than the previous bet (or raise). If I bet 20, the raise must be 20 or more on top of that bet (so 40 minimum or more). If I bet 20, next raises to 50 (+30), the next raise must be +30 (or more) of total bet (50) so the bet would need to be 80 total or more, the ONLY exception to this minimum is if a player moves all in (for less than the minimum required)

not sure how to make it more simple, hope this helps

now where it really gets tricky is when the hand is 3 or more players and what constitutes the ability to raise again. if you want to know more about this let me know, its a long response

You can raise whatever you want.. but a standard opening raise is 3BB or 4BB.. if you already face raise and you want to reraise it then it will be 3 times of oppoment's raise.. supose blinds are 10/20
You are in late position. UTG open the pot with 3BB that is 60.. You want to reraise it then you should to make it 180 ..
If there are more then one opponent in pot then a standard reraise should be 3 times of raise +1BB fir each opponent who is commited to the pot.
