Online poker is getting smaller due to all the regulations and restrictions imposed by local governments.
Poker sites themselves are marginalising the poker and promoting casino games and sports betting more.
But people will always have a pack of cards and some coins to play with even when the lights go out.
I totally agree with this opinion .
I 'm getting the feeling that the last 4-5 years states have declared a war against online poker globally , or if this is too much, they have started a campaign to restrict and impose limits to online poker in favour of their good supporters and clients , the big
casinos , like in America , but also to force gamblers bet their money either in casinos or elsewhere , in great sportbetting companies .Maybe I am wrong but thats what i see happens in my country .
Online poker has to deal with online bots if it wants to survive , cause in the future these bots will be better and better and I doubt if the pokerrooms will be able to confront them .
Live casinos will always be , players will always want to play live ,as it gives you a different feeling and there are a lot who don't play online . If another great scandal appears in the future which will concern a great pokerroom ,similar to Full Tilt 's, then many will abandon online for live for sure.
