Do you analyze your loss, do you change the style of your game or do you play also, does the loss improve your next game?

It is definitely very important to analyze those hands in which we lose ... we can lose playing well because the variance exists or we can lose playing badly because we made mistakes ... this analysis exercise helps me a lot to improve my game ...!

not more because there are many, in the freeroll I have been making good money .. this is profit and even if I lose I do not see as losses, but investments to learn more playing .. After I got 500 dollars of losses I stopped depositing and think about it. poker now is fun.

If you want to improve your poker skills, one of the most important steps on the way to this goal is the analysis of your played hands. The essence of the analysis is to make sure that during the game you pursue a certain goal, seeing how each small step brings you closer to it as far as possible. The next time you play, write two to four hands. Decide which strategies are capable of surpassing your opponents in these distributions. After that, analyze your hands to understand where you followed your strategy, and where you ignored it. If you begin to analyze your sessions in this way, then you will become a stronger opponent for other players.

When I lose a hand, I analyze what I did wrong, which I could have avoided losing. Especially when playing cash game. Often it is for a simple lack of reading of the game, think about the possibilities that the opponent player has. But it's part of the game, I already lost hands that I won with Full House (k-3) on the river and another 3 came and the player made Quads of 3. Apart from almost playing my notebook on the wall after losing a hand like this, I saw that I should have been more aggressive in the move and thus avoid having lost the hand and expelled the player that made me lose LOL

I look over most of my hand histories, especially looking for miss spots that I should be taking. Im trying to keep my game somewhat balanced, though Im not sure what my lines look like to other players. Add to the fact, sometimes I confuse the lines Im taking with the lines I want to representing.

generally I do not change the style of play for any defeat, the game will then come out alone, if a poker hand was played well, there is always the possibility of winning or losing, like any game.

Mental Notes

A great thing to do is to take mental notes. If you have a good memory - which sound players should have - then use that to your advantage. Look for patterns in players and games. Follow the formula.

I often watch previous hands to understand how it was possible to play better and if the game came to showdown I watch what villain played

Yes, I analyze immediately after the hand finishes, this increases the repertoire more and more.

It's really interesting to analyze all our behavior, sometimes I win with not very smart play and I lose 95% in the pre-flop, poker is a very difficult incomplete math of a precise or certain analysis, sryulaw quotes above, I am also basically a freeroll player, everything I have named bankroll I won in freerolls so I only count gain, sometimes it goes up, sometimes it goes down, as I have never spent anything but my time in learning and being here in Cardschat place of the opportunities in freerolls and learning in the practice of poker

You don't need to analyze your lose to improve.. analyze your whole play on every street with all the hands you are playing. If you are losing does not mean that your played bad and You should change that, or If your win does not mean that know everything and și everything perfectly.
So.. improve your play don't try to change Something just cause You lost.

I try to play my game, but often I have to adapt to others. I also analyze my own and opponent's game. It's hard to play my game as a barcelona in football with a clear vision of the game.

I like to go through my losing hand and even sometime my winning hands to see if there is something I can/could of done differently to cut my loss or extract more value from a pot.

All of the time. I may find a nuanced adjustment in bet sizing or something technical in any particular hand. But for me, It's how my play affects my table image and as such how I may influence the play of others with aggressive or passive play.

A difficulty is playing so many freerolls with all of the bingo players those players often play ridiculous cards and getting lucky and or jsut shove, seems like for sport. The longer a game goes, generally, the better the players, the more good play matters.

I do not analyze anymore. Applications introduce more errors. Each game is different.

When I have a really really good hand and thinking that the hand is already mine suddenly spears the rivers card killing all my expectations to get the hand and then first of all u get pissed off about the lost but I always see what movement I did wrong. Maybe I don’t bet too much or should fold before. Then I think must be lag and everything is controlled by some god superior which choose who s going to be the winner....

We should always analyze where we are losing and how it is happening, the best way to analyze all this is to review your games, so you can see where you are win, or where you are losse, and so you can balance everything so as not to have high losses

I do many analyzes of mine in poker, but the most difficult for me is to stop making certain mistakes. It seems like a vice in making the same mistakes always
