I have been rewatching wsop main event starting in 2005 on you tube....favorite hand so far is in 2010 final table The Grinder vs Jarvis....AQ vs 99 huge swings of emotion in one hand. What is your favorite WSOP msin event moment?

My favorite WSOP main event moment is also from 2010. The hand between Jonathan Duhamel and Matt Afleck. It's a huge hand in the tournament and it's funny to watch afleck's reaction when the 8 hits the river and then Duhamel's reaction is priceless.

My favorite is from this year when the last hand of the night before the final table, Manion had pocket A's and two other players followed both with pocket K's. I can't imagine what he was feeling when he say what his opponents had. Needless to say, he was chip leader after the hand going to the final table.

It wasn't the main event. I think it might have been the One Drop. Remember that AA vs. AA hand where one guy won with a flush? Now that's a bad beat. Maybe this is more of a case of the most memorable hand, not the favorite, but it came to mind when I was reading this thread.

i always think of ole doyle brunson winning the wsop with 10 2 or johnny chan vs eric sidel when chan hit a straight on the flop Q 8 10 and and bet 40000 in front of sidel and sidel calls and raises another 50000. Thats when you can see chan just pretty much play sidel like he new exactly how sidel would react. Johnny Chan just calls the raise and the turn is a 2 no help and chan check the turn and johnny with J 9 eric sidel with Q 7 johnny checks sidel checks and the river is a 6 and johnny has the patience and the will powwer to check it out and got sidel pushes all in and johnny breaks his heart when he \turns his cards over

check the body language by chan
