Phil Hellmuth is in 5th place with 25 players left going into today. Could number 12 be on the way?

I think he's going to final table this, but get knocked out in 8th or 9th and instantly start bitchin' that his luck is just so bad. :D

seems it was 15th place, but anyway.. This seems to be a result of tilt, eh? Maybe 80k was the shortest stack, but wow........

6/4/2010 5:24:23 PM PST (about 18 hours and 24 minutes ago)

Phil Hellmuth Eliminated in 15th Place ($25,472)

Action folded to Hellmuth on the button and he pushed all in for his remaining 80,000. The small blind folded and Scott Vener contemplated making the call.
The cameras were rolling and the rail was packed when Vener put in the chips and the two flipped up their cards:

hit the turn. Hellmuth was down to one card for his tournament life. His attempt at a record 12th bracelet would only continue with a nine or queen on the river.
The dealer burned and revealed the

I find it humorous that people mock phil for complaining when he gets knocked out yet we have an entire section of our forum devoted to bitching from players who can't handle beats--most of which take place at penny stakes. Lets cut Phil a break, he's a great player that does a lot of it for the cameras.
