I think preflop he chose the wrong time to bet large to give an impression of a strong hand and then he was too deep in to back out after the re-raise. It was truly an incredibly lucky flop for him. To me, this shows that regardless of level of skill or experience, as long as luck is on your side it doesn't matter how or what cards you play.
