Wouldn't this be a cool idea?

Say on a special day/holiday in a poker room.. if you can make a certain hand a few times you get a reward in that specific day.

Valentines Day - Making a heart flush a few times
Martin Luther King Day - Making quad kings 2 or 3 times
New Years - Making quad Aces 2 or 3 times.
Halloween - Making a spade flush a few times

I'm guessing if a poker room decides to do this it will generate a lot of rake for people trying to always hit that specific flush that one day in turn making more money. Haha

Not tring to be rude but every time i play live i hit quad kings and or aces about 7 times each so 2 or 3 times seem low.

B&M rooms usually have this... mine for instance has heart flush tuesdays... it's always nice when you're holding a set and you know the other 5 idiots are holding each others outs for the flush...

You must multi-12 tables to get quads 7 times a day jesus!

I like the idea. But i agree it would have to be more then 2-3 times for a heart flush

There's a certain look/gesture if you're watching these guys their eyes widen up and go back to a disappointed look with the turn and river. Gotta get the money in good on the turn so the one's who want to chase gotta pay and the "look" you get from a player who could potentially win the pot + $100 to $50 bonus is so easy to spot. They aren't paying attention to each other just strictly to the board, so little do they know all 9 outs are consumed.

I saw a hand go to showdown last Tuesday.

4 people went to show down.

The FTR contained 3 hearts getting there on the river.

One guy had 2h 3h, one guy had Jh 4h, one had Th 7h, and the winning hand had Qh 6h... one of those "WTF!?" moments.
