My worst stress situation in poker and yours?

As a poker player, obviously I have had many stressful situations related to poker, but if I had to choose the strongest of all, it would definitely be the one that I played playing an Omaha hi / lo tournament of the SCCOP and the truth is that I had to play it with a horrible headache to start despite this throughout it and after hours of battling I managed to position myself quite comfortable in the first place in chips, to the point that when we were 30 players of more than 3 thousand registered Internet is down. I God why to me? what I do. I was at my girlfriend's house at the time and she was sleeping at 2 am. The first place earned 11 thousand dollars and a relog murago, after 10 minutes I decided to go to my house and when I got there the situation was the same, by the time the internet arrived 47 minutes later I felt that my head was exploding, I tried to recover positions with any A2 or A3 and I did not think, in the end I did not get to enter the final table and charge little more than 300 dollars (a good prize compared to the buy-in of $ 27), but I will always stay with the He doubts what the result would have been if he had not had the connection failure. But this was by far my worst poker stress experience.

THis is something I have to work on. Poker seems to stress me out in weird ways and its all while Im playing. If im doing good and having to keep being the pressure player, i feel like my stomach in attached to the table (all anxious and shit) and the whole prepare for battle thing is hard, since Im not really a confrontational guy, so then it starts feeling like im having an artery blockage, when engaging in these wars. I GOTTA get this stuff straighten out or I will never be able to play this game like I would like

My most stressful situation in poker was in a tournament, it was not a high buy-in, rather it was a micro of $ 4.40 I reached heads up with a lot of advantage and the opponent had no more plays to shove in each hand, I called with good hands, while he did it with bad or mediocre hands but he was lucky on the board so much that the game was even and I thought I'm going to lose this tournament, in the end he abused his luck and I was able to win it but it was very stressful all the Heads up

I am a supporter of the theory that everything that happens in our life is not accidental. Perhaps, or rather, definitely, you won more than you lost. Or the time for this victory has not yet come, maybe you are not ready and you are still being held back.
Accept everything in advance (and everything happens according to a predetermined plan, which you know only partially) and there will be no place for stress.

I'd say one of the most stressful situations to be in is early position with a mid-range pair. You're so far out of position that you're likely to lose your open in a long attempt to set mine. It feels so unnerving waiting for people to 3bet/shove you.

Under this situation, I think it would be good for you to read mind control books, meditation and yoga also help.

I don't know how to handle it but it occurs much time when I was in a bubble suddenly I lose it all. this happened many times in tournaments and I found out when I look at the prize pool I get distracted and I lose control because of the money that I might reach. however bad beats were affective as well My worst stress situation in poker and yours?
