Yep, if you like action and that's with the majority of micro-stakes players, then Omaha is the thing for you, especially the Hi-Lo variant.
The majority of online-players know the micro-stakes are full of donks and fish, so no matter what variant you play, there will always be someone chasing you or drawing to the river with a gutshot or worse.
Just don't take it that hard, because it is all a learning experience for you, while the fish and donks keep getting dumber and luckier.
Micro-stakes is to sharpen your skills and further your knowledge and experience about the game.
I hope this helps and I enjoy both, but I like the PLO Omaha cash-games better, because of the action and I like to play NLHE-tournaments, because of my experience and knowledge, plus I like the fact to go all in with two holecards and coinflipping, etc. Maybe it's the rush!
Grts,
