Quick question and I may be being stupid but why is it that in PT3 on the hands tab with hands filtered by final hands the amount won/lost does not match the amount I have won/lost in the details tab? Surely the amount won lost across all hands should match, it does when they are filterd by starting hands???

I'm guessing it could be rake? That would be the only reasonable explaination.

Possibly not calculating the correct amount of rake taken out of each hand.

Depends on how far off the totals are. There may have been some hands that didn't get imported into PT3 due to: Lost connection; leaving the table before the hand is over; site updates HH format before PT can update their import function; etc.

Even though I use HEM, I think PT3 still keeps an error log in your PT3 folder that you can check also.

Post some screen shots. My guess is that it's the filter but I can't tell from what you posted.

Here you go. The starting hands has the correct figure (-$9.73) but the final hands has a much higher figure, surely these should match?

No pretty sure the final hands filter only shows hands that see a flop. So if you fold preflop and hand sees a flop it counts (what you would have had had you stayed in). If you fold preflop and the BB gets a walk (or everyone folds to a raise) it doesn't .

Not 100% on this but it's definitely not showing the same thing though. Check out the number of hands in each from your screen shots.

I think this could be right...

I'd rather not sign up to loads of different forums so shall tap the knowledge of CCers here!
That forum is their preferred avenue of customer service. You will be getting answers from the PT techs themselves, not amateurs like us.

(The only time I ever see a user afraid to use the official site of a software company is when the user obtained the software illegally.)

You wanna elaborate on that and let me know exactly what you're suggesting...?

I like that chart.. it proves that online poker isn't rigged aswell. Your aces don't get cracked as often as you think it does. 90% is more then you're expected to win =). (Not talking to OP or any specific person, just people in general)
