I like to play poker for many reasons. Yes the money is always at the top of the list. Playing poker can teach any player way more than just how to win. It can teach you about yourself and for sure about others. I like playing poker just to pass the time. When I play like that, I play Gold Coins at GP to build up the flops I see in order to get into some good size MTT's Like I have to see 2000 flops to get a seat into a $10,000 MTT on Feb 11th. I do that for at least 1 hour a day with 2 5/10 tables and see every flop no matter. I have 5 million of those worthless things. I also like to play poker to test my skills with other players. You may hear players say that they look for the cash tables with the most fish to play at. Well that's not me. I want to play with good players and if I'm not as good I have a free lesson while I play. There are so many reasons, I can't count or post them all here. But long ago I was told that poker is a life lesson.
