Who here is knowledgeable with HEM?

Below I’m copying and pasting a question I put on the HEM forums.

I’ve been told it can’t be done but find it hard to believe so I thought I’d ask people here that hopefully know HEM inside out. If you can help that will be great. I think it’s pretty straight forward.

Cash games and Players Tabs do not match up.
I know what I've done but don't know why it has happened or how to fix it.

My cash games tab shows I'm up $4.58 after playing 1141 hands and my players tab shows I'm down $45.42 after playing 1156 hands.

These 2 numbers add up to $50 and a few days ago I purged I session where I lost $50 after playing 15 hands. For some reason it seems that the players tab has not taken this into account.

How can I fix this?

Probably the players' tab doesn't let you purge anything, since it's mainly other players' records. Purging your own records is apparently allowed, but I'm not sure why you would want to do that -- denial, maybe.

So back to my original question, does anyone have a suggestion I can actually use?

im havin a problem with my HEM. ive only got the free trial but i havnt got any HUD displays when playin cash games. This is kinda where i need a HUD the most since im crap ta cash games.

As the amounts you see come from your HEM database, I would say that of course, it's fixable.
You need to connect ti pgAdminIII with your password first.
The problem is now to find which tables contain the cash game results, and which colums contain the players results.
Then, you manually add, or remove, regarding if you want this $50 loss to appear or not.
I'm sorry I can't help more, but I don't have HEM myself, so I can't help you for the column names
