When to move up?

How many hands should you play and what winrate should you sustain before you should move up in limits?

from what i have read win rate and # of hands don't really matter. its your bank roll that determins when you should move up. And also if you feel you can handle the new stakes

I usually move up just when i have enough money to lose at that limit and i will still have a solid roll

Moving up should be based mostly on your bankroll and exercising good BR management. Win more $$ = grow your BR = move up sooner.
