It is important to know your "Tilt Profile".

I learned the hard way that I Tilt when I lose an All In in a Cash game with the best pre-flop hand.

After that I get in a lose streak, trying to recover my losses.

But the fact that I know this now, makes me know how to deal with it. And that is just stop playing when I lose an All In like that :)

How about you guys?

I'm improving about it

I'm working on it about 10 months and now Im other person, I have did meditation, it have helped me to much. 2 weeks ago I passed trough a situation that made me feel very pressed and inconcious depressed, Ive lost R$50 (it is a brazillian currency), in a live game, I came to home and in account that I had R$60, it did rest 0.70. It would there s some time that Id feel like this, but this was useable, it did I see that im not imune to bad mindsets and I have to take care ever. I'm playing in my broken account as a therapy, from 0.70 cents, I ve now R$6. I'm more concient I have just one enemy, ME.

When I lose a flip against a rag hand

I ususally tilt when i've gone all in pre-flop with AA and then come up against a re-shove with the villian having 49o.. usually I don't get nervous seeing a huge hand like AKs AQs but I get really nervous seeing this.. Sometimes I end up losing a really big pot and it tilts me usually because i've waited a long time to get it in with a hand like that... anyway that's my tilt story lol

I hardly enter TILT when I am in game, if I lose a good play, I take to the side of the variance, I avoid getting confused with my mind, so I can see the situation as a whole, and in this way I can make decisions to I help overcome these tilt moments in the game

Luckily, I have been able to improve my mental game so much that I rarely tilt anymore. However, I'm not perfect either so there are still times when I find myself tilting and raging online. I don't mind losing with bad beat or to a cooler if my opponent has also played the hand well. It's the bad players who do the trick when their play makes no sense whatsoever, and when they definitely should've folded the hand instead of playing it till the end hitting a lucky runner runner. That's disgusting but the good thing is that in the long run, I am the one who wins against them. I try to keep that in mind when I feel that tilt rising. The most important thing is also to quit before any tilt damage is done :D

I tilt when I flop the nuts for example I was playing a heads up Omaha cash game I flop the nut set with QQ bet the pot get reshoved all in and lose to the nut flush on the river or losing with AA allin vs 1010 and Q10 a one outer hits. The way I control it is with setting deposit limits and building a bankroll by playing free rolls.

I tilt when i have for ex. AA and someone play with trash like 73o and it wins my AA.

This happened to me today during a Freeroll. 4 guys came All In in the beginning and I called with AA...

I am seriously considering never going All In until after the bubble even in freerolls :p

Unless it is a raise after flop for example.
