Nah, you're not a wuss... it's much better to play below what your bankroll allows and be comfortable with it rather than moving up just because you can and worrying about losing your money. Playing scared can only hurt your game.

Probably 25NL, at least 10NL while taking shots at 25NL.

Actually I have like a $1000 BR and I'm playing 10NL right now but I'm trying to teach myself how to 24 table without going broke in the process :p

Yeh thats kind of how i feel though..all the money i earned in 5nl was hard earned and those earnings go twice as fast at 10nl going up or down..

Probably 25NL, at least 10NL while taking shots at 25NL.

24 tables??? kinda crazy ...when I go past 10 I find it harder when I get all these good hands and sometimes forgetting to raise..

But just took a shot at 10nl and ran pretty bad..shoved with AAs and got called by JJ hitting his set on later street  ...and so forth

My bankroll on stars is currently $275 and I am only playing Limit Holdem $3/$6. I enjoy it and feel comfortable there. That would be my suggestion.

650$ Nl10 or Nl25, if you have playe Nl5 then go play Nl10 and if you are comfortable with Nl10, then move up to Nl25. I dont recommand Nl5 to Nl25.

play at whatever level you are happy with. My rule of thumb for cash games is that i cannot buy in to a table for any more than 10% of my BR, so in your case that would be $65 max buy in.

I'd follow the advice of Chris Ferguson, and don't play anything above 5% of your bankroll.

5% of $650 is $32.50. But as Hillbilly has said.. play with what you're comfortable with. Personally.. I wouldn't go higher than 25NL with that bankroll. I'd probably feel more comfortable at 10NL.

Nl25 is good :) When I had $650 I was also playing 50nl already :) But I had no bankrollmanagement and it feels good at that moment :) When you are not scary for losing some money you can get try higher limits :)

With a $650 bankroll I feel you should be playing:

15c/30c Ring Games
$20 Sit and Gos
$15 Multi-Table Sit and Gos
$10 Multi-Table Tournaments

You should have at the very least 20 buy ins for cash games, 60 for SnGs and 100 for MTTs. I'm more comfortable with around 40 for cash though, and it's totally fine if you play with even more than that. Play whatever you feel you should be playing, as long as you're not spitting in the face of bankroll management.

dude look up bankroll management like quickly before you go busto. Your not even rolled for .50/1 never mind 3/6. At 3/6 you can lose 72 bucks in a hand, that is a large percentage of your bankroll.

As for op, at your stage i was playing 10nl looking to get 750 before moving up to 25nl

I hate BR Management.

Hence I have no money in my accounts.. Just takes 1 bad day to wipe you out!

It sucks.. but you have to be sensible!
