What's the point?
Ok... You're in a SNG or something, and let's say it's down to you and another player. They're sitting on 5,000 in chips, and you've got 2,000 in chips. A hand comes up and you double up, giving you the chip lead... Your opponent then proceeds to go all-in preflop for the next 3 or 4 hands... What is this? Is this going on tilt? Is it them trying to take back control of the game? Do they all of a sudden have good hands that warrant all-ins? I see this quite often, and wonder what's going on. I mean, if they become grossly short stacked, I understand needing to take a stand and gamble a bit, but they're not. There's still time to make it back. Why take the chance that the other guy wakes up with a hand?
I've never done this. Has anyone here? What's the point?
