I don't remember all the beats that I've had. There are way too many to recall. I'm still trying to get over them now.

I agree this one is terrible to loose especially on a tourney where expect to gain stack and end up loosing. Good luck next time around

The one that hurts so much is on the turn I had the nut Ace high flush and was just thinking about how much I should raise by and was in the process of sizing it up when I timed out and auto-folded. I died inside and never forgot it.

I had a lot of bad hands, but the most I remembered was when I collected Full House with my AA card, the flop
--- AKK - and the player collected kare, he has KK, this happens many times in poker, but it happens that I get a nice card and I win!

Playing in Vegas at a cash table. Make the straight on the turn to have the river pair the board. Was 4 handed and to see all those chips slide away on a full house was something I'll never forget.

AA pocket flop Ad Jd 2d turn Ah, I bet everything on the turn, the villain pays and shows KdQd and the river is 10d, the worst was that it happened in ft and left 3rd

I was on the button with AA, a player before me just paid the blind, when it came my turn I bet 5xBB, the small blind and the big blind folded and left only me and middle position, on the flop came a 4QA, then I bet half pot, the other player paid instantly, the turn came a 5, I bet the pot and the player continued, the river came a 4, the player went all in, I called and he had 44 in the hand.

I believe we all have bad beats. My most unforgetable bad beat it was not for the bad beat per se but because I was running so good in the whole tourney, I built like a top 5 big stack until I moved to a table with a big stack bully that was going all in on every hand preflop or on the flop.

So I was tilted for losing all those antes and blinds and him folding when I shoved my aces over his big raise. Anyway after a couple of minutes I found KK. He raised really big pretty standard, I reraised and he called. The flop was 6QJ all hearts while I had just two black kings. Pretty standard, he shoved again all in on the flop.

So do I call and risk everything cause he covered me, not even min cashing because we are on bubble after such a great run?

And if I fold here then whats the strategy? Wait and hope for table change again?

But if I call and beat this dumb donkey, I will take his stack and probably finish first.

So I called. To see KJ with K of hearts and a river of hearts came to complete his flush.

Not the baddest beat, against anyone else it was a good fold there but against somebody who moves all in on every flop? Damn. I couldnt breathe normally from my anger for the rest of the day. I had flashbacks and wanted to punch and kick the walls for like the whole week.

Sitting down at a brand new $1/$2 session with 5 people, 3 of which who were all friends - raising, dumping money almost every hand. I only racked in for $150, was doing very well - running good from the jump - got JJ like the 3rd hand in and got paid - anyhow within about 1hr i ran my stack up to 250ish - the rungood started to leave me, i didnt see any great hands for quite a while, theres now 8 of us instead of 6 at this point - i look down at QQ, one of the initial loose players raises UTG, folds to me, i 3bet, button calls and UTG calls - flop is Q66 rainbow, utg leads out for about 1/2 the pot, he is very loose and would easily pay me off with any q or a 6 in this spot, so i raise him about 2.5 times his bet - the button 4bets big - utg folds - so i shove and get called - i ask the guy if he wants to turn up hands - he shrugs, and flips over 66, i was pretty sickened. Luckily i had him covered, left me with about $54 or so, i took a break, came back, nearly doubled up and moved tables, normally i would just add on but sometimes i like playing a short stack to try and keep that portion of my game sharp. Anyhow, bad luck early turned into a good night, without rebuying at all, i was able to cash out for $426 for an 8hr session, not too awful bad.

When I was deep in an MTT. There was an russian fish going all-in constantly, with around 3.2M chips, I had 2.1M chips. So when I got AA and he went all-in, instant call. He has 10-2, and, as you may expect, hits the flush. That was 4 hours for a greasy 1,50 rewards. Could have been 10 times that had I won that hand, probably.

My worst hand ever was actually an excellent hand - AAAKK. How can that be bad, you ask? Well, I went to the river, heads up with the player on my right. It was a fixed limit game. Villian checked the river, I bet, she raised. After a brief assessment, I knew that she was probably holding a straight flush, so I just called. She turned over a Royal Flush.

That in itself was bad enough, but to make it hurt even more, the poker room had only recently changed its Bad Beat Jackpot from Aces full to Quads.

I always had troubles with pocket deuces. Such an easy way to play this hand, but I always lose my mind on preflop.

When I had two pairs with a dry board but my opponent had two pairs with a higher pair, I felt really spicy.

Id been on a 3 week downswing, (might have been longer) I was playing 5/10 no limit in my local casino, all the money gets in pre flop, 1100 real money dollars. Im in college at the time so I for sure needed the money but more importantly I desperately needed the winning session. I was going crazy losing over and over again, every day, so I needed that win for a confidence boost to say the least. Ive got jacks, hes got aces, flop comes J44 dont remember the turn but the river was an Ace. That was the closest ive come to crying over a poker game.
