At my local live game, there is a fireplace next to the tables.

I make sure that the fireplace is always full with a raging fire going. I will sit on the opposite side of the table. There are a lot of overweight men at the table. The high temperature means that the jackets, sweaters, hoodies, extra layers are off and you can pick up on their breathing and pulse tells better!

I use to always try sneak into an ideal sitting position between people who I knew I wanted to sit next to their left or right.

In a live game when the board has 4 suited cards and my 5th card of that suit is marginal I always make a comment to the effect of "let's see whose spade is higher" and bet around half the pot. That usually chased them out.

I’m the “he’s not that drunk” guy who instantly zaps into full on sobriety the second the chips are in. It only works on people I don’t know now haha.

I don't really have any sneaky trick. If anything, my secret to winning is folding more often than my opponents. It's not sneaky, and it's not really a secret. But, it seems like they don't see it happening.

Bet, call, check very fast online, so read and move quickly so it baits people into a hand you might want to not have to call and when it is your turn you can hesitate like you're reading the board and can't believe what popped, like you're doing a double take and then make you're move.

Scares the crap out of the opponent almost every time where unless they have the nuts they're checking.
