What was your pro journey like?

To all the professionals on this forum I'm curious, what was your journey like to get to where you are today? How long did it take? What was your worst moment? When did you realize you were successful? What was your struggle like?

I do not consider myself a professional player. But I have regular profits from the game. The hardest part for me was learning how to be patient.
