What are your favorite starting hands?

For the longest time my favorite starting hand was pocket 3's. When I first started playing for real money (at a winner take all home game $20 sit n go) I made quad 3's twice in one night, as well as making a set of 3's the same night. As if that wasn't enough, the following week I made quad 3's again and hit a set of 3's twice. Granted I haven't had that much luck with them over the years (I don't believe I've ever hit quads with them again, only a handful of sets) they have always held a special place in my heart. It's only been in the last year or so that that special feeling has wore off. They were briefly replaced with pocket 4's (because I was hitting a set about 50% of the time with them) but that was just a short flirtation. Any suited ace is nice, suited Broadway cards are always attractive. I like the suited 9 10 more than other suited connectors. Suited J9, basically all those hands that are great at sucking out against big pocket pairs or sets.

72o is a good hand, when your're in a bid pot, bluff and show it, next hand the villain go all in and maybe you can be with AA haha

K10 and QJ suited

AA KK might make my eyebrows raise, but I hate to play them, because I marry then LOL

pair any means to expect more on the flop, also QQ

For me personally it is any suited connectors and gap connectors in late position ))

J/10 has been very good to me, lately.

there are so many hands that can win pre cards any 2 are as good as any cards but guess if had to say at top of the hands i like is i like any 2 cards tahts are spades and than goes on allways like the pair of ladies qq and maby get a 3 or 4 way lol but any 2 cards are as good as any cards and can win

6-7 suited and 10-J suited are my favorites, but I'd give the edge to the 6-7 since it is usually better disguised when it hits big.

Pocket pairs higher then 77, also QJs, JTs, T9s

i like suited connectors and low pockets

J 10 suited/off is my favorite hand. I see them as the best chance to pull a high straight and be covered both ways win big with a 8 9 Q and 7 8 9 or if the flop comes A K Q or 9 Q K, still it always depends on position, game, bubble play, tourney, blinds, etc.

It depends on how many players there are. AA and KK of course are the best.

Honestly I don't mind getting 2 7 off because there is no better feeling than bluffing someone out of the pot then flipping over the 2 7 haha but other than that obviously aa and kk (maybe not so much kk anymore cuz it cost me my first ever casino tourney loss

i love suited cards like 7-8 hearts or 9-10 Spades !
