I try to do some diet and exercise and stretching .....!

For tournaments, I am most concerned about concentration and take coffee or tea with high caffeine content. Otherwise my diet is not related to my poker activities. Good luck.

Exercise always helps. I eat walnuts and almonds during the game most of the time and if I don't have' greek gyros do the job. The food of Gods.

Anyway... I just can suggest u to avoid carb before... it makes u lazy and is not good for ur brain... try protein.. vitamins... coffe... something like that....

Usually I don`t worry about that... but I study that diet when I was studying for a really difficult test... And it helped me.... So that`s it.... I don`t apply the same in poker... but... if u want to..... help urself

I usually exclude sex on the day of a major tournament. And I almost forgot the obligatory cold shower before the game.;)

When I play poker, my girlfriend prepares food for me. But there are days when I just prefer fruit.

Obviously, healthy food should be preferred, but not everyone can follow these principles. Honestly, I prefer to eat steaks, pizza and other fast food.

Try to stay hydrated and nuts are normally the snack of choice while playing poker for me. Playing live have never order food while at the table.

yoga eat healthy eat light breakfast lunch and a good dinner. workout maybe to stay more active and to refresh after long sessions. good luck.

I tend to eat shortly before playing, since my appetite is closed by the adrenaline of wanting to start the tournament.
After playing I return to my normal appetite, anyway I am not eating much and before playing I prefer to eat light things like a pasta or a pizza.

Long games or tournaments I honestly like to eat fruit.
But as far as a diet I guess im not to that stage in life yet.

I should worry about what I eat more than I do. I just try to eat a fruit a day, stay somewhat physically in shape, and it's worked for me thus far in life.
