Poker is as much public relations as it is about anything else. Greet the opponents, make them feel comfortable, and take their stacks. You could be the mostest, bestestest player ever, but you won't win diddly if you're such an unpleasant person no one will play with you.

It happens. It's supposed
to happen. That's what keeps the fish coming back and back. Consider it a temporary loan that they will repay with interest later on. Absolutely never cuss them out, or whine about what a bad play they just made. You don't want to be wising up the fish. Just say "Nice hand" and move on.
