what you do before start a session ?

Hello,
Theres any way to make the session more profitable by actions before starting to play ? I know play with clean mind etc
but I'm meaning some kind of "warm up" the brain lol

example jogging in the mornings.

My input.

I get a deck of cards. Have thirteen different rituals. Depending on the pip. You choose a card at random and do that ritual. then during the game you gat two hole cards. Best you would fold them anyways. When you get them. Pause out and thank the Poker Gods. Its like the Poker Gods telling you to do rituals. Man has no control over it. You do'nt know when you get those hole cards. Furthermore, you do'nt know what pip your going to draw when you choose a card before hand.

I specially take in considering my mind and my state of mind!

I also review in my head the last games and mistakes I made in order to avoid make the same!

I also listen music (heavy metal - cause I like the metal style) to motivate myself!

Prepare coffie,listen music and ofc something to eat

Go to gym and do some easy excersises before poker. Keeps your mind clean!

Exercises, eat and sleep. Also sex lol

I usually get a drink and turn off the tv and other distractions so, I can concentrate fully.

Before i start a session i ask myself do i want to play poker or just gamble. If i am in a gamling mood i am not thinking right, my patiance and discipline are low and it allways results in tilting and loosing money. What i want to say is play when you feel you can bring your A game on the table.

I never masturbate before playing poker.

I watch poker videos in youtube.

i drink a cup of cofee.

bathing, you can not play dirty , and one cup of wine for relaxing ....

drink a lot of water and if there is time a little exercise to get my mind fresh!

You need to have a good internet provider.

Go in the bathroom shaving, using perfume, wearing sunglasses, drinking pills to calm the nerves.))))

Drink coffee, take a poo or pee and clear your mind. guarantee win !

but theres some "mental exercises" to warm up the brain before play ?

1. Shower
2. Breakfast
3. Go over some hands i marked from the previous session, post notes on villains if needed.
4. Read notes ive written about the game
5. Grind
6. Repeat
