Great question,.. hoping to see some replies myself as I'm entered into a live tourney tonight and will be the first time I've played 'live' in over 20yrs.!!!
Hiding my 'tells' will probably be one of the toughest things for me,.. hiding the 'anxiety' I may feel as I adjust to the slower play for example.
tks in advance!!

I don't know what the most common tell is, but if sombody has shaky hands that is defenetly a red flag telling me to be carefull.
I have noticed Daniel Negreanu has a tendency to stretch his arms (kind of like a yawn without the yawn) while trying to act "natural" when he has a huge hand. I've noticed it several times and it seem really awkward to me, then again it is easer to notice these things like that when you can see the hole cards and your not the one with all your chips at jeopardy.
:boring:

- When a player looks down at his chips soon after seeing hole cards/a flop
, he has a strong hand and can't wait to get his chips into that pot.
- If a player looks at the flop for a long time, he doesn't like it and is looking for something to like about it.
- When a player looks at then puts his hole cards back down really quick, it's a strong hand.

I would agree with the first 2, but the last one I've heard people say that before. I have to disagree. I know personally if I see bad cards I flick them back down pretty quick.

I have a great one that makes perfect sense.

If you bet on the flop (because you have a good hand) and someone looks at you like you might be bluffing. They most likely have nothing (at best they have 2nd pair or a draw). If they call don't worry they might have convinced themselves your bluffing. Of course be careful. Check the turn if you think it couldn't have improved his hand. It will make it look like you do have nothing. If he bets go over the top, if he calls be careful of the river card. Of course you would not want to do this on a flop that has good draws. You'd probably want to bet him off the pot.

Betting Patterns seem to be the most obvious for me

- When a player looks at then puts his hole cards back down really quick, it's a strong hand.

In my experience it's usually the opposite: if they stare at their hole cards like a deer in headlights for longer than they normally would, it's usually the sign of a monster. The thought process goes something along the lines of "Ohmygawd, I've got pocket kings, ohmygawd, awesome, what am I gonna do?".

Some players do exhibit the tell you mention though - they'll look at their cards, drop them like they're hot, think for a minute then make a bet. The tell here is usually they'll look back at them again, like they really can't believe they've been dealt pocket kings.

It really depends on the player, so I wouldn't rely on this one alone.

Some other simple ones:

- The way players stack their chips is usually indicative of their playing style. If they maintain sloppy stacks of odd denominations, they're probably a LAG. If they maintain neat stacks of 10 or 20 chips each, they're probably a TAG. If they've bothered to line up the flash colours on the side of their chips into neat lines or pretty patterns, they're probably a rock (hell - they've had time to make said pretty patterns in their chips, so they're obviously not throwing them around much)

- If there's a flush draw on the board and a player looks back at their cards, they probably don't have the flush. If they had two spades, they would've remembered. They might have had a black card though, and they couldn't remember which suit it was. So they're probably still drawing, at best.

When a player folds, he's probably weak :)
