What gets you in the zone to play poker?

There are days where you are very excited to play poker and then there are the other days. What gets you blood pumping and gets your head out of your ass and into the zone of playing poker?

Of course watching Rounders for me gets me excited to play, certain kinds of music, etc

Watching some poker on Youtube helps to get me in the mood.
