Play-through is the time you have to keep playing with your freeroll money before you can cash out. All sites have different requirements, some require you make a deposit first. Carbon must make you play for 7 days before you can.

Do you know if Full Tilt Poker has the play-through rule as well?

No, pokerstars and full tilt have no rules about cashing out winnings from freerolls. You do not need to have previously deposited nor do you need to "clear" anything. Usually need to send in documents proving your name and address to receive a check.

I see you added, Absolute, don't know about them since I don't play there.
