What Do You Eat or Drink While Playing?

What about friends who eat or drink while playing online poker?

I drink coffee, water and biscuits
Nothing too heavy for sleep does not disturb

I normally play in the mornings while im having my coffee and waking up. Maybe have some toaste with peanut butter or bacon and eggs.
Although when I play in the evening after dinner I enjoy having a cold beer and sometimes some chips. After my 2nd or 3rd beer I stop playing, at least the stakes I play at. If I still want to play I'll only play .25c spins, 90mans or the .02c 990 man.. This way I can still play and not have to worry about making bad decisions that lead to bruises on my bankroll.

I eat food or drink liquid. I also have kids always demanding food or liquid. Never take to playing too seriously but I only do free rolls

I eat something I can heat up in a minute or 2 like pizza pops or hot pockets and drink whatever there is in the fridge or water when i play online poker

Mostly I drink tea and coffee with sandwiches. More rarely eat chocolate.

Basically, eat often, buckwheat with meat, fruits, bananas, kiwi, apples, drink plenty of fluids, cottage cheese.

Well I am on a carnivorous diet so I eat only meat or animal by products like cheese or butter. I drink only coffee or water.

I play mainly in the afternoons,after 5 - 6 p.m. so a cup of coffee or tea and a light snack is fine for me. I can't eat something while I play unless I run deep in a tournament so I have to grab something to eat.

i normally eat salads or light snacks. Made the error one time of eating a very heavy meal when i was running deep in a mtt with a field of about 5k players. About a hour and a half after eating the meal i started to get very sleepy and when i researched it, it said the bigger the meals you in ingest the more insulin is released into the body. The insulin, in turn, increases the amount of seratonin and melatonin that flood the brain, two chemicals associated with drowsiness. So i diverted to using light snacks or salads. gl sir

In this subject I have no discipline, I eat and drink of all when play. Although in the evenings I like to accompany me with a cold beer.

Fruits, water and cigarretes!

I eat fruits, drink water and smoke so much cigarretes!

now this morning i ate a sandwich with smoked salt meat on it and a slice of paprika, a glass of orange juice and a cup of tea. But unfortunately the game didn´t last so long

sometimes I eat dried fruits and different nuts, sandwiches and drink juice or coffee with milk or cream

Coffee is good idea.
In my country my favorite tournament starts after midnight, so coffee can help don't asleep.

Normal meals when the time comes (lunch and dinner). Otherwise I just drink water and play. I like to play like 5-6 hours and don't want to get high on sugar like some people haha
