What Do You Do During Breaks?

I drink coffee or my favorite green tea.
I try to relax a little bit , if the tournament has been going on for a long time

I use to go to the bathroom and drink some water then i try to be relaxed to play poker again

Smoke a sigarete and go toilet sometimes)))))))))))

I usually take 10 pushups to wake up little, and drink some water, and make some more coffee

Bsides drinking water and go to toillet, I search some daily news on net and talk with my mother. hahah

Go to the washroom, eat a snack and get a drink of water. Maybe watch a quick video or relax my eyes.

go to pee, and go smoke.

Cigarette and Toilet are the only 2 things that come to mind usually.

Sometimes I'm so involved in the game that can not do anything normally wait on the same computer and back to the game

I will play with the dog to take the strain on the back, drink a glass of water, do some stretching, among other things, and I can tell, it helps a lot.

Drink some tea or prepare some food to eat it while playing poker.

Not been playing that long, so was wondering, how was the breaks prior to this 5 minute break at 5 minutes past each hour for all tournaments at pokerstars?

Did each tournament have their own break times? So if you were multi-tabling, it really wasn't much of a break anyway?

Let dogs out. Fill cup with ice. Worry about missing AA if I don't get back in time.

Here's a creative idea for those that always need to pee. First get water bottle, drink water, pee in empty bottle.

Cold water, fresh air, short walk.
everyone should take a few minutes to let their eyes look at something off in the distance, it really helps your eyes to relax and shake strain.

LMAO Rogue. Monday I was doing chores while playing a tourney. I walked by and just checked my folded hole cards. Sure enough there they were AA. I took a screenshot for proof of my theory that it happens a lot. Lol just don't know how to upload it.. Later..Tal
