What Do You Do During Breaks?

I can only go to the toilet and smoke.

then my 5 minutes is over.

Go to the toilet, refresh, make coffee if im done with the first cup do couple of push ups to get some fresh blood to my head, and str8ten my back thats been hunched for hours, try to get refreshed any way i can specially if im balls deep in a tournament and i stand to make a decent amount

I never even get to the first break most of the time ;_;

In online tournaments when the time interval I go to the bathroom and grab something to eat . In live tournaments I go to the bathroom and discuss some plays with friends.

Toilet and Coffee break!!!! Sometimes a crisps and beer break!! Depending which day of the week - and people say playing poker is unhealthy!!! Lol :-D

i sleep in computer and woke up with the bank's sound of pokerstar 30 seconds left haha

Usually go and eat something and do some exercises..

That 5 minutes goes by so fast sometimes I am still sitting in the chair, thinking about what I want to make to eat and then the five minutes is up lol. Then I usually end up sitting out for 10 minutes and going and getting what I want in the kitchen lol

I mostly go to the bathroom or just smoke.
More rarely i just analyze my hands in previous hour.

WATER, toilet, walking around, making coffee or I'm stuck in cash games

Use the restroom, take a snack, drink some water, browse reddit, browse the news, browse imgur, get ready for the rest of the tournament.

pee,eat,splashing my face with cold water to cool off,eye muscle trainings also...

sometimes I go to shower....

stretch your legs and go to the bathroom to unload the tank

Roll it,Smoke it, Open new beer

Before the smoke went! Now abandoned. Make tea for example!

Browse the internet, pee, get some caffiene

Sleep....lol,nah its time for coffee break.

Go to the bathroom, drink some water, something to eat, but it depends, most of the time I play on the notebook, so I just do whatever I have to do with the notebook with me, and still playing (when I'm not playing too many tables).
