Everyone should think this way, I am a professional player so I know what happens, this statement is false!
A professional player also has its ups and downs, and as any of us have their dark days and revolts, if it were not for this the world for them would be wonderful.
if is winning not happy? Cheerful and smiling?
When players who we think are good loosing big sums we think: It must be because they do not feel their losses like they have little on their bench, in fact it's the other way round!
These players who need to demonstrate every day to the public that they are the best are the ones who suffer the most from a poker game, they may be smiling, but inside they are raving about every hand they lose in poker We have this always, losing and winning is just a point of view, just know in which position you prefer to stay, be a sheep, or a wolf... simple.

Is really differently sometimes in a good mood and even losing in the tournament will not be upset and sometimes when the mood is bad and winning is not happy, it all depends on human psychology

I don't really understand what your question is, but if you are asking how real poker players handle the ups and downs and the fact that their world is controlled by the randomness of a card shuffle, I can only point to players like Phil Helmuth, Mike Matisow and some others who are well known, but basically cannot handle it. Then you have the Doyle Brunsons and Eric Seidels of the poker world who handle misfortune with class and good luck with grace.
