hi...
I went back to playing poker recently, after two years without playing.
I know that new names have risen in poker, but I wonder if there have been many changes in the technical side of the game.

can you help me?

honestly i don't know what you mean with technical side of game?
Rules are still the same. Yes new faces in pokerworld are present. But game is still the same. Did you mean for tournament organization?

players play more cleverly (poker go harder), because of information as book, youtube canals and tactics is writen, rules similar.

I thought rooms upgrating secure and technical element.
Bots is upgrating too imho.

There are changes to poker all the time. Not so much in the written rules of the game, but in the way the game is played. I'm thinking of things like limping into a pot, 3-betting, check-raising, etc.

Strategies change and you start seeing actions at table that you didn't see previously. Also, agree that more access to books/videos/forums about poker make the general online poker community more knowledgeable and make the games harder to beat.

I play more online than live, and understand that lower limit live games are still pretty soft. Not saying that there isn't a way to beat lower stakes online games, but they're nowhere near as soft as they used to be.

Less weak players. Bet sizes are smaller, 3-bets and 4-bets are very popular.

The rules of the game have not changed. Then and nothing has changed. Increased popularity of poker.

The game itself hasn't changed, but the amount of players, and the amount of skilled players at that, has definitely increased over the years.

The growing trend toward timed play in live tournaments comes to mind, and the subsequent use of time chips/cards. Excessive tanking has led to this.

His answer was exactly what he was looking for.
The rules I imagined no, but my doubt is if with time, old strategies have become very well known and with that the way of playing has changed in some way.

thank you all

Almost nothing has changed, there are more strong players, and fewer weak players.
