If a poker game seen as an investment, it is necessary to respectively receive some income. Given the fact that I'm just learning the game of poker, I have already decided that the maximum amount for the game of poker in a month - $ 10.
Counter-question, how much money you invest in poker?
I used to put way too much in it , at least 1-2 hundred a month . I've cashed out a few times , but not enough to justify that number. Now I enjoy building from 0 . But if I get impatient I'll throw on 50 bucks if i'm still busted after a month or two. Needless to say I have terrible bank roll management habits , but i'm working on it.
While I consider myself an apprentice in poker and try to play only freerolls. When I realize that my level of play has become worthy, then we can think about investing money
I spend around $20-$40 a month,,,2-3 times a year,,,just enough to give me options besides waiting on freerolls,,it`s nice to play a $5 bounty build or a 1ct-2ct sit n go
I deposited 20 bucks on three poker rooms back in November and I haven't had to redeposit at all. If you are a growing learning player and you are disciplined in staying in the stakes you need to stay in and not "catch them losses" then it's not that much of an investment.
