Or better yet percentage of finishes for a reg? Full single table lets say. How about for a pro?

It varies greatly. Basically, it shouldn't matter. Whatever is the highest ROI you can get is all you should concentrate on. Any positive ROI at the 5000$ buyin level is huge while the players who can do that could easily crush the 10$ buyin level, so it's all relative. There are also of course many regs with varying skill levels.

So what is a respectable SNG ROI? Anything > 0.

Yea I think the answer I am looking for is money places. Say you take part in 10 SNGs. At what point should you say to yourself I am doing well enough, I should move up? BTW Pantin I am referring to micro levels.

If you are properly rolled (which should be the case if you are beating the stakes over a statistically significant time period), if you have an ROI of 10% that's pretty normal. Average ITM varies with style; some people play to win and thus have a lower ITM for their ROI, but anything over 40% is great.

I was reading Secrets of the Sit'n'Gos by Phil Shaw. He said the maximuim realistic ROI for low stakes is 15% and down to 5% for high stakes players. Low stakes being defined as $100 or less, and high stakes being $500 or more.
I believe this is based on multi-tabling.
