I am almost always calling in sb if it is more than 3 limpers...

Do anyone have a rule that is ok on sb? ( if it is a passive table)

thanks..

I fold the SB just like I would fold a hand in early position. No reason to play weak holdings, guaranteeing that you will be out of position. Even though you can get the "small blind special" and stack off, I feel that calling with weak cards to be an unprofitable decision.

With 3 limps and an expected check by the bb, the pot odds say call with any 2 cards. Under that scenario, you're getting 9 or 10 to 1. I can guarantee you won't be that big a dog against anything. Cheapest bet in town.

No, you can't think pot odds when you have no idea how much it will cost to see the next three cards.

You shouldn't loosen up in the small blind, you should tighten up. Because you will be out of position to everyone the entire hand, the last thing you want is a flop that hits you but doesn't give you a monster, because you'll be playing a medium hand out of position, which is a sure long-term loser.

Heads up, fold 80% of the time, raise the other 20%. Since there are no antes in cash games, the small blind is not worth defending as much. If there are limpers, I would fold about half of hands.

Thanks for the answers...I have tighten up my sb and it seems to work.....

Im playing the sb the same as I play the bb now...

Folding the sb more often, and raising the sb if I get an OK hand with few limpers.
