Sometimes I will be play poker and it feels like every time I folded some crappy hand it would have given me a full house, the nuyz, or the winning hand. So then I start playing hand s that i would never play in a million years, just so I can hit these random flops. Then my play just sucks balls, I start bluffing at pots I have no buisness bluffing at, trying to win hands that hardly have any money in them, and just do weird things in general. Any advice?

You have to ignore those hands. The rags that u fold and hit are rare to actually hit when you play them. You will win more in the long run tightening up starting hands. imo

Yes....stop playing thes hands. I don't know how many str/flushes/boats I miss out on due to folding 2-7, 2-3, etc. But I don't start playing hand I'm not comfy with. Of course I get mad when these flops come. But I don't change the way I play just because I fold these hand. Have patience and good hand will come.

I have a very hard time folding hands pre flop because of just seeing that I would have had an awesome hand with two not so good cards, hands before. But yes it is better to get rid of the cards that aren't so great pre flop.

if you start to regret folding it will grow into a "bad tilting" episode. forget what you got rid of.....break the rabbit cam in your head or it will drive you nuys (nuts) haha! seriously, we fold for a reason dont ever regret anything only learn from your mistakes. yes it happens to me too, but how many times have you not wanted to fold and did, and it turned into poo anyway? right?
