I decided to give cdpoker a try today as I have had a run of seriously bad luck on my usual sites. So I opened an account and deposited my last available poker money. Within 5 mins the software kicked me out and when I tried to log back in it said my account was frozen!! I tried and tried to contact their customer services and after about 3 hours I got a response telling me I had to send them a copy of my passport (which I do not have) or driving licence (which I do not have) so effectively I have lost my money. The customer support there was the worst I have ever seen and overall I would rate it the worst site online I HAVE REMOVED THEIR SOFTWARE. One to avoid!!!!

That's strange, maybe you should try someone else in support. I've been playing CDPoker/Titan/BetMost all on the iPoker network for a couple of years with phenomenal support. CDPoker sends out my cheques right away and I have them in 3-4 business days even though they say up to 30 days. (I've never had to deposit ever on those sites and can withdraw no problem - they did want me to send photo ID originally - my drivers license and health card were just fine). :joyman:

I wouldn't wanna give my passport to them either.......

But ya, this story sounds kinda like BS. Oh well, stick to good known poker sites what is the point of even trying different ones?

for one i dont drive dont need to live in a city with good transport links too many cars in the world as it is 2. i dont have a passport because if i want to be in a forign country all I have to do is step out of my front door now the eu has opened our borders to all and their familys 3. im no fish thanks! 4. this story is not bs why would i bother wasting my time and energy typing if so and lastly a little bit of variety is a good thing playing on the same site over and over gets a bit boring for me and also when your cards are running cold on a site maybe your luck will be better elsewhere.....ok?

It's not unreasonable to ask for evidence of ID. :)

Why would they ask for a new email address, unless there was some sort of a problem with the email address that you originally provided (like maybe it was already allocated to an existing account with their network, for example) :questionm
