i'm curious how often y'all glance at your own stats to check what kinda table image you have when, say, you wake up with a monster hand....seems havin' stats is all the rage these days and i'm wondering how i can capitalize on my own numbers....do i play exact opposite of 'em, or perhaps fall right in line with 'em?

It really depends on stakes and the players. At lower stakes, you could not play 50 straight hands and no one would notice, so if I get a monster I'll play it as is, and won't try to get as that's how you get into trouble. Now, if I'm in a CC tournament or a higher stakes cash game/tourny, I might switch it up because people do notice. It is just a situational matter, but you definitely have to consider your image.

If you have HEM or PT you have your stats as well as your opponents stats on the table. It's a really helpful tool as I have just started using it and have been making 3x as much at bodog with HEM.

Anyone use this? I really seldom ever view my stats, except on the actually poker site that I am playing on and find it useful somewhat.

It gives you a general idea of how "good" or "bad" a player is. Using sharkscope as well as HEM or PT3 should help you out lots

The best is when you sit down at a table and get a good run of cards. Your stats start showimg 50%+ and people start playing back at you with weaker holdings, tis fun.
